How Vexzatee packs and ships furniture

Vexzatee prepares each hardwood piece for rough handling with rigid boards, dense foam, and reinforced corners. Large panels carry clear “This Side Up” arrows to guide handlers. Small items go by parcel carrier, while larger or heavier pieces move on specialized furniture freight. At checkout, Vexzatee shows the full payable amount in USD (freight, handling, fuel, taxes, duties, brokerage where applicable). There is nothing to pay on delivery.
Notes for clarity (GMC-ready): checkout displays an estimated delivery window based on lead time + transit; state/local sales tax for U.S. orders appears at checkout where required by law and is included in the USD total.

Where Vexzatee delivers

Vexzatee ships to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.
Vexzatee cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or select remote territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and certain outlying islands in Europe or Australia. A standard street address is required for safe truck access and lift handling.
If an address is outside the list above, has vehicle restrictions, or involves tight stairs or elevators, contact Vexzatee in advance so Vexzatee can review options and any third-party add-on services.

Carriers and service levels

Parcel networks: UPS, FedEx, USPS (limited small U.S. parcels), and DHL Express for international routes serving the countries above.
Furniture freight (LTL): Bulky or heavy pieces ship on liftgate trucks with curbside delivery (ground level at the driveway or curb). Curbside service does not include in-home placement, stairs, assembly, or packaging removal. Freight partners typically call or text to schedule a window. Palletizing and stretch-wrap may be added for protection.
Signature control: For select high-value consignments, an adult signature (18+) may be required. The tracking email will indicate when this applies.
Additional details: parcel carriers generally make up to 3 delivery attempts before holding at a local facility or access point; IDs may be required for pickup where applicable.

Lead time vs. transit time

Lead time is the period before pickup used for inspection, packing, and labeling.
Transit time begins after the carrier picks up the shipment.
Business days are Monday–Friday (PST). U.S. federal holidays are excluded. International lanes may require extra time for security and customs. Severe weather, local holidays, labor actions, or network backlogs can add 1–3 additional business days. Address changes after dispatch may require a reroute fee and can delay delivery.
Cut-off: orders confirmed before 2:00 PM PST usually enter processing the same business day.

Rates and timeframes (USD, furniture only)

All amounts below appear at checkout. Flat rates and free-shipping thresholds are fully inclusive. Recipients pay nothing at the door.

Furniture specifics: Solid wood is dense and often oversized, so carriers may use dimensional weight. Dining tables, media units, and other case goods commonly ship LTL with liftgate and cargo insurance. Multi-item orders may be split into separate cartons to reduce risk. Where helpful, cartons are banded on a single pallet. Vexzatee subsidizes part of the freight, and the reinforced packing and total due are shown clearly at checkout.

Taxes, duties, and customs (international)

For deliveries to UK, FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT, AU, and CA, Vexzatee ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import VAT/GST, duties, and customs processing are included in the checkout total in USD. Do not pay the driver. If anyone requests payment at delivery, contact Vexzatee immediately.
U.S. orders: applicable state/local sales tax appears at checkout and is included in the USD total.

Order processing and dispatch

Most furniture moves into final checks and packing within 1–2 business days.
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM PST usually begin the same business day. Later confirmations start the next business day.
Pre-order or made-to-order pieces depart after completion; the order confirmation shows an estimated ship-by date.
If a cart contains items with different lead times, Vexzatee may ship ready items first or hold to consolidate. The confirmation will state which method applies.
Support hours: messages receive a reply within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, PST).

Origin and staging facility

5965 Chia Ave, Twentynine Palms, CA 92277 is Vexzatee’s primary dispatch point for furniture to the U.S., UK, FR, DE, AU, ES, CA, IT, BE, and PT.
Terminal holds: freight terminals can typically hold consignments for 3–5 business days; storage fees beyond that window are billed at carrier cost.

Access, placement, and assembly

Many items ship partially disassembled to protect weight-bearing components and simplify setup. An illustrated guide and a basic tool (often an Allen key) are included. Typical assembly time is 20–30 minutes with two adults working on a clean, soft surface.
If a building has tight turns, limited elevators, gated entries, stair carries, or truck restrictions, notify Vexzatee before shipment so options can be arranged. Room-of-choice placement, stair carries, packaging haul-away, and exact-time appointments are available as upgrades quoted at third-party rates.
Possible carrier-cost fees include missed freight appointments, liftgate refusals, address corrections after dispatch, and re-delivery.

Tracking and updates

When a shipment leaves 5965 Chia Ave, Twentynine Palms, CA 92277, Vexzatee emails a confirmation with a tracking link. Please allow 24–72 hours for scans to appear. International pallets may show “label created” until a terminal assigns the freight. If there is no movement after 72 hours, contact Vexzatee so the carrier can be checked.
Status visibility: the Estimated Delivery range in the tracking page updates as carriers scan through hubs.

Damage, loss, or other issues

Inspect packages at delivery. If an item arrives damaged, notify Vexzatee within 72 hours and include the order number with clear photos or a brief video of the outer carton, inner packing, and affected areas. Note visible damage with the driver when possible and keep all packing until next steps are confirmed.
For small cosmetic issues, Vexzatee can often send replacement parts or a touch-up kit quickly.
If tracking shows no progress for 7+ days, or delivery has not occurred within 14 business days from ship date, contact Vexzatee. Once the carrier confirms loss, Vexzatee will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund in USD.
Refused or undeliverable shipments caused by repeated missed appointments or incorrect addresses may return to sender. Vexzatee can re-ship after the address is verified and any return, storage, or re-delivery fees are paid at cost.

Changes and cancellations

Orders that have not entered packing or shipped can be canceled—reach out as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of purchase. After handoff to the carrier, cancellation is not available. After delivery, refer to Vexzatee’s Return & Refund Policy.
For international orders to UK, FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT, AU, or CA, cancellation is not available once customs clearance is complete. Address changes requested after dispatch may incur reroute fees and delays.
